Malika is a Chartered Accountant with 16+ years of international experience in tax, accounting, due diligence and company law. A former Big Four professional, she has advised clients across multiple offshore jurisdictions and contributed to leading international tax publications. She also serves as an Independent Director of Barclays Bank Seychelles and chairs its Subsidiary Audit Committee.
